135 years old. And always looking ahead

In our Townhall Meeting (#2 in 2025), we showed exactly that: looking back together – and above all looking forward. Openly and with an attitude. As a medium-sized company with 135 years of history, we know that if you want to develop, you have to listen. And at the same time fill your values with life — even in times of change.

That’s why our meeting focused on fairness, social responsibility and sustainability — as well as our employees, of course.

A few highlights:

  • Our People & Culture team provided practical information on benefits, EAP and company health insurance.
  • The Marketing & Events team gave us a great preview of the campaign day, the summer party and ‘Düsseldorf am Ruder’.
  • We use an anonymous employee survey to actively gather feedback on current topics and training requirements. This is the only way we can continue to develop.

One thing was particularly important to us: everyone was able to take part – whether on-site or virtually. Anyone who wasn’t there live has access to the video recording.
