On 21 November 2025, it was that time of year again: our Christmas party brought the entire team together and offered a varied, energetic and cosy start to the Advent season. From a wide range of games and team-building activities to culinary highlights, there was something for everyone.

Joint kick-off in the canteen

This year’s kick-off took place in the canteen, where our management (Mark and Klaus) welcomed us with a short, warm greeting. Straight after that, our game programme began with GameOn, which immediately got everyone moving and in the best of spirits.

Team spirit, energy, and lots of fun

Under the guidance of Theresa, Marvin, Jonas and Jeremy, mixed teams were formed to challenge themselves in a colourful mix of knowledge, agility, fitness, and strategy.

Whether it was tricky quiz questions, coordination challenges or strategic team games – there was a sense of total commitment and team spirit everywhere. The atmosphere was exuberant, motivated and often wonderfully competitive.

Warm patio heaters, hot children’s punch, crispy biscuits and comfortable seating made for pleasant little breaks in between.

Lunch together in the canteen

A varied buffet awaited us for lunch, which was met with enthusiasm:

• Classics from Leske: suckling pig and hearty side dishes
• Arabic specialities from Habeez: falafel, shawarma, merguez, cigara börek, hummus, tabbouleh and much more

The relaxed atmosphere led to many pleasant conversations and a cheerful get-together, which rounded off the morning wonderfully.

Present exchange & conclusion

A special highlight was the presentation of gifts by Mark and Klaus. This year, each team member received an Advent calendar with photos of our employees and a high-quality Stanley Cup drinking bottle, a surprise that brought smiles to many faces.

The event concluded with everyone in good spirits and many lovely memories, as they headed into the weekend.

An all-round successful day

The Christmas party once again demonstrated just how much cohesion, energy, and joy there is in our team. The mix of playful activities, personal conversations and moments of shared enjoyment made this day a unique experience.

With this positive mood, we look forward to the coming Advent season and many more moments together.
