In keeping with the Easter season, we naturally had a little surprise in store for all our staff again this year. Fabian, our Head of People & Culture, handed out three colourful Easter eggs and a mini salt shaker on behalf of the management team. We deliberately chose not to give out chocolate or other sweets this time, as health and well-being are particularly important to us.
The gesture was very well received and brought smiles to many faces. The little salt shaker, in particular, was a real highlight for many and sparked the odd spontaneous chat.
Little gestures like this simply brighten up the day-to-day and show how essential our sense of community is to us.
We wish everyone a happy Easter and a few relaxing days off.
