Oktoberfest Town Hall 2025: Shaping our future together

On 28 October 2025, we celebrated our Oktoberfest Town Hall at Schulz & Sohn once again – a real highlight in the autumn calendar! In a relaxed atmosphere with pretzels, Leberkäse rolls and lively conversations, we were able to look back together, share current developments and set the course for the coming months.

This time, the focus was on three key topics that shape our company:

People & Organisation

We continue to grow! In recent months, we have welcomed numerous new team members. It is especially important to us that all employees feel welcome and can balance family, healthcare, and career – for example, through planned childcare services and the training of additional MHFA first aiders.

Strategy & transformation

We are actively driving change with our S:WIRKT production system, the new Hall 5 and the GUS ERP system. The focus is on quality, sustainability, and innovation to future-proof Schulz & Sohn.

Operational management & resources

New machines, optimised processes and dedicated teams form the basis of our long-term success. Continuous improvement and modern technologies help us to work even more efficiently and innovatively.

For all of us, the Town Hall was a moment that showed what our family business is all about: sharing knowledge, listening, discussing openly and shaping things together. It is precisely this cooperation that is our strength – and the driving force behind everything that lies ahead.
