Transformation is often planned.
We want to show how it really works.
That’s why we’re opening our doors at Schulz & Sohn in Düsseldorf on 27 May 2026 and, together with our partners ÖKOPROFIT, Competentia DUS|ME and the Rotonda Business Club, we’re inviting you to a special networking evening.

What matters to us: no glossy presentations and no theoretical concepts.
Instead, honest insights into our day-to-day work, our development, and the people who make change possible for us every day.
Making transformation visible
As a medium-sized family business, we see transformation not as a buzzword, but as a genuine process of change. We are constantly working to improve processes, act more sustainably and develop modern ways of working together.
In doing so, we have learnt that change works best when it becomes tangible. When people understand why it is important and experience together that it is making a difference.
That is exactly what we want to share this evening.
Insights straight from our company
The focus is on our Transformation Walk. At several stations, colleagues from different departments will demonstrate how transformation is being implemented in practice at Schulz & Sohn and what has already changed as a result.
Among other things, our guests will experience:
- Processes that have become faster and clearer
- Sustainability that is measurable
- Leadership and collaboration that really make a difference in everyday life
Instead of slides, we offer genuine insights.
Instead of theory, concrete examples from our own practice.
Perspectives from business, sustainability and workplace culture
A special highlight of the evening is the management perspective on how transformation is steered and what economic impact lies behind it.
Together with strong partners, we explore different perspectives on modern change in the SME sector:
- Johanna Zorlu provides insights into sustainable transformation from the perspective of the state capital, Düsseldorf
- Johanna Torkuhl offers ideas on modern work culture and securing skilled labour
- Sabine Falke-Ibach will host the evening, bringing together practical experience, networking and discussion
The programme is complemented by one-to-one conversations, networking and an informal get-together in a relaxed atmosphere.
Learning from one another
With this networking evening, we don’t just want to show what works for us. We want to bring people together, share experiences and foster new ideas.
Because transformation doesn’t happen on paper alone.
It arises through dialogue, experimentation and, above all, in collaboration with the people within the organisation.
We look forward to welcoming many familiar and new faces.
