Schulz & Sohn GmbH receives the kununu Top Company seal for the first time in 2026. This employer seal recognises companies with high employee satisfaction and is awarded exclusively on the basis of independent reviews on kununu. Only around five per cent of all companies are awarded the Top Company seal each year.
