If your profile has piqued our interest, we will invite you – depending on the role – to an initial face–to–face interview or a Teams interview. We are interested in your professional background, your strengths, your motivation for changing your job, and your expectations of us as an employer. You’ll get to know your future role and find out everything about what makes our company special. You’ll usually speak with your prospective manager as well as a member of the HR team. The interview takes place in a relaxed atmosphere, and there’s no dress code. So just come as you are.

If, following our initial meeting, there is still mutual interest, we will arrange a second interview. During this, we will go into more detail and discuss any outstanding issues, such as salary expectations. A trial work period may also be arranged if desired. The purpose of the trial work period is to get to know the people in the department in a day–to–day setting.

You’ve done it! Now that you’ve impressed us in the second round and shown your enthusiasm for our company, we’ll draw up an employment contract for you and discuss the start of your new role.
