After months of planning and hard work, our new warehouse in the SEGRO Business Park is now open. This is a big step for us. With this extra space, we are setting ourselves up to keep growing and making our processes ready for the future.
A project involving many stakeholders
Initial discussions with SEGRO began as early as the end of 2024. The building was completed in early 2026. This was followed by the necessary approval procedures. As a chemical company, we are subject to specific requirements. Working with the Building Control Authority and the Environmental Agency, we successfully obtained all necessary approvals. The way is now clear for us to move in.
More space for the next stages of development
The new warehouse gives us over 2,000 square metres of extra space and room for more than 1,500 pallets.
From now on, we will store our finished goods there and handle shipping from this site. Parts of our logistics, packaging, packing station, and sales teams will also move into the new building.
The new warehouse is more than just extra storage. It lets us reorganise our current spaces and improve how we work. These changes help us every day and give us room to grow in the future.
Growing together
Our goal is simple: we want to grow with our current customers, bring in new ones, and expand our services in a smart way. To do this, we need sufficient space, efficient processes, and infrastructure that can keep pace with our needs.
At first, a haulage contractor will move goods between the two sites. Later on, we might use our own truck. Since both locations are just a few minutes apart, we can often walk, bike, use a cargo bike, or drive our Caddy between them.
