Next Thursday, 25 April, we will once again be opening our doors to young schoolgirls who would like to take part in Girls’Day — Girls’ Future Day, the world’s largest career orientation project for schoolgirls.

The four internships we offered for an insight into day-to-day work at the S&S technical centre were fully booked within just a few days. We are extremely pleased about this, and it signals to us that we are on the right track in attracting young female talent to work in our company.

We are delighted to welcome the students Lili, Yasmin, Maya, and Nada and to be able to offer them an exciting morning in the “Technical Customer Service” and “Quality Assurance” departments.

It is particularly important to us to give the visitors a new perspective on choosing a career without gender stereotypes.

We are already looking forward to the feedback discussions and wish everyone involved a lot of fun.
