The 4-weeks lockdown, we are now experiencing in Germany, is a challenging situation for all the companies, whether directly or indirectly affected. Since our primary goal is to protect our employees and fellow humans in the best possible way, we have created an integrated security concept.

To reduce the contact points in the company to a minimum, we have established a shift system in the production area. Administrative employees are allowed to work from their home office – online conferences are now commonplace in our company.

The main objective of these measures is to secure jobs at Schulz & Sohn in the long term and to remain productive. Whatever the developments will be in the next months, we would like to emphasize at this point: We are still able to supply and serve our customers and work together to overcome this crisis.
