The recent surveillance audit for ISO 9001 certification was a wonderful success! It is proof that our quality management system works and that we are on the right track.

During the audit it became clear that our overall working practices are extremely well structured and that we have implemented effective measures to meet the requirements of ISO 9001. Our employees are very well informed about their responsibilities and the applicable quality standards. This shows that we are pulling together as a team.

A few minor deviations have also been identified. But we see them as an opportunity to further improve and refine our quality management system to ensure that it will continue to meet the high standard in the future. We will work to address the deviations in order to come out with flying colours in next year’s recertification audit.

Of course, there is always room for improvement, and we will now address the identified deviations. We will continue to work on optimising our ways of working and processes to ensure that we do great in our recertification audit next year.

At this point, we would definitely like to highlight Svenja Kaiser. As our new contact person in quality management, she has developed an impressive expertise in a very short time. Her commitment and dedication deserve a big thank you. Without her, we would not be where we are already.
